His experience is valuable to you.  BUT, what do you do if the problem cannot be solved locally?  At Wood-Mizer Alaska we have access to the original engineering specs that were used to build your machine.  We have visibility into where those parts are in stock if we don’t have them.

Sometimes, we find problems that we can’t answer but can be quickly resolved by a phone call to the factory.

Our relationship with Wood-Mizer is such that we personally know most of the people who work at the Indianapolis location. That makes a difference when you need to find WHO can help.

And – How about blades?  Without a supply of blades, sharpening and setting services can be critical.
